Het Kompas is a lunchroom and event venue at Fort bij Vechten, offering food, hospitality, and space for gatherings—with a mission to guide people in the right direction. The client asked for a logo that included a compass symbol, reflecting both the name and the care-oriented purpose of the location.

The design had to strike a balance: professional but welcoming, with a touch of vintage character to match the historical setting of the fort. I created a clean, modern logo with classic details and a subtle color palette—giving it a warm, trustworthy look while still saying “we mean business.”
